| Plan | From (adult, per year) | About per month* | Child 0–17 (flat, per year) |

| Essential Health | $392 | $33/mo | $308 |

| Comprehensive | $1,525 | $127/mo | $1,151 |
| Fully Comprehensive | $1,906 | $159/mo | $1,439 |
*Annual price divided by twelve — billed annually. Prices rise with age; the calculator below shows your exact figure.
Real examples at real ages
The same official rates, per adult per year, at the ages people actually move:
| Plan | Age 40 | Age 55 | Age 65 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential Health | $589 | $926 | $1,731 |
| Major Medical | $1,081 | $1,701 | $3,180 |

| Fully Comprehensive | $3,094 | $5,418 | $8,646 |
Every plan runs in 12-month terms and renews at its anniversary; the age limits (70 for new applicants; Essential Health 80) apply to new applicants. Benefits, terms, and premiums can change at renewal — if you’re close to an age limit, ask on your call and you’ll get a straight answer for your case before you commit.
