Covered Abroad operates this website as an independent insurance introducer. We are not an insurer. Policies are underwritten by Regency Assurance, regulated by the FSRC (Nevis).
2. Information, not advice
The content on this site is general information to help you understand visa and insurance requirements. It is not personal financial, insurance, legal, or medical advice, and it does not account for your individual circumstances. Visa and insurance rules change and consulates keep discretion; always confirm current requirements with the official source before you act.
3. No guarantee of visa approval
We show published requirements and arrange cover intended to meet them. We do not and cannot guarantee that any visa application will be approved. The decision rests with the relevant consulate or authority.
4. The policy wording governs cover
Any cover you take out is governed solely by the insurer’s policy wording and certificate. Nothing on this site, and nothing said by us as an introducer, extends or varies that cover. Where this site and the policy wording differ, the policy wording prevails.
5. Requesting a quote
When you request a quote, you consent to our underwriting partner’s team contacting you. Submitting a request does not create any insurance cover; cover begins only when the insurer accepts your application and confirms it in writing.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this site are ours or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the general information on this site. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the site and our practices develop. The “last updated” date shows the current version.
