The All Indonesia arrival declaration, step by step
By Covered Abroad Research Desk · Last verified July 2026
What All Indonesia is
According to the official FAQ, All Indonesia is the Indonesian government's official application bringing immigration, health, quarantine and customs declarations together on a single digital platform. You can use it as an app or through the official website, allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id.
It's for all international passengers entering Indonesia, and it's available in three languages: Indonesian, English and Mandarin.
And it's free — both the app and filling in the declaration cost nothing, according to the FAQ.

When and how to fill it in
The FAQ sets the window: the declaration can be completed from three days before arrival (D-3) until the day of arrival. It recommends completing it before you board, so your data is processed before the airport checks — and strongly encourages showing your QR code to check-in staff for a smooth arrival.
Three practical points from the FAQ:
- Transiting? Fill in All Indonesia for your final destination in Indonesia, not the transit airport.
- Forgot? You can complete it on arrival by scanning a QR code at the airport and using the Wi-Fi provided — and the FAQ confirms passengers who haven't completed it are still allowed to enter.
- Your data is passed in real time to immigration, quarantine, health and customs once you submit.
60-second check
Not sure the policy you have meets your destination's written rule? Run it through the policy check now, before you build the rest of the file around it.
Check my policyFamilies, groups and the paper forms
All Indonesia can be completed individually or as a group — for a family, for instance. If you submit a group declaration, the FAQ recommends staying together until the customs, immigration and quarantine checks are finished.
Do you still need paper forms at the airport? No — the FAQ says that once you've completed the declaration digitally through All Indonesia, there are no physical forms to fill in on arrival.
If you're bringing a phone from abroad and plan to use a local SIM for a longer stay, our IMEI registration guide covers that separate step.
